80 Day Obsession - Phase 3 - AAA
I didn’t think I’d have another #AAA post so soon after the other but Phase 3, snuck it up on a Monday. AND! It’s so different! #80dayobsession
Check it out...I’ve put each series of 4 exercises into 3 slides. 2 sets of 15 reps each. Arms on the negative and glutes held for tempo count of 3.
It’s just Monday, we have 5 more workouts that will all be different this week! So awesome!
