Hearty Breakfast

You could say I was really hungry. 

I made it through 2 back to back deplete days on my last week of 80 day obsession’s “peak” week. This meant almost 0 carbs including those from fruit. 😳

Loading up all these berries on my oatmeal was heavenly. And quite easy, too. 

I put all ingredients (except the berries) in a bowl and microwave. Times vary so after the first minute, I check it every 30 seconds until I’m happy with the consistency. Top with berries & maybe a little cinnamon, and you’re set!
