Friday Fitness 4 week Recap!
With the last days of school underway, it's been a little crazy in the Royal House to get out to try a new class this week so I am recapping the 4 awesome places I hit up this last month!

What's happening now: DHF just kicked off their Summer Challenge on June 1st. This is how it worksL. You find an accountability partners, sign up in studio, complete 30 classes total as team between June 1st & June 30th. You don't have to do the classes together, just keep each other accountable. You can also go at the challenge alone. Prizes to those who finish the challenge and top teams get some swag too (even a party for 15 with Jenny!) #DHFSummersnacc
