What is this thing we call Macros? A throwback post.
On this day, last year I wrote this post on my old blog. A year later, I am not quite counting them like I did but the knowledge I gained I apply to my nutritional intake every day.
I am now able to “eyeball” what I am lacking or what I am overdoing on a given day and I am pretty good at deciphering those nutrition labels.
